Charity - 2

JB Taking a nap

Well... We are now in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. The flight was only about an hour, so it went fairly well. I got to sit with JB and he DID NOT want to sit in his seat. Luckily the stewardess said that he could sit in my lap for takeoff and landing, so his crying was cut short. I'm sure everyone on the plane appreciated that (LOL).

We had the rest of today and all day tomorrow to try and prepare for Charity's arrival. I'm sitting here looking at 2 cribs starting to wonder what in the world we were thinking. Praying that Charity's heart is being prepared by the one who goes before us for the change that is about to take place. Praying also that she and JB get along together rather than rivals. Praying for a lot of things actually now that I'm thinking about (LOL).

JB is coming into his own and his independence is starting to show. Making life a bit interesting. Its been quite a few years since we've had to deal with someone this small, so it's like learning all over again.

Right now he is sitting on Bethany's bed playing trucks with his big sister and appears to be enjoying it. They are VERY cute playing together and Bethany is the best big sister!!

Not sure what our plans are for tomorrow, so we'll just wait and see what happens. I do know that the 3 other families in our group are arriving tomorrow night sometime. Hope we get a chance to meet before getting on the bus Monday to get our kids.

Please pray that Charity's Gotcha Day goes as well as JB's did. Pray that she bonds with Violet right away.
